The Boca Farmers Market is located at 4950 Communication Avenue Boca Raton, FL 33431 in Parking Lot H of the Boca Raton Innovation Campus and is open year-round every Sunday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Vendors are kindly reminded to ensure all necessary permits and licenses are in place. It’s the Vendor’s responsibility to obtain and provide proof of any required documentation. Please have your current permits available on event days for possible State Agency inspections.

Vendor Guidelines:

We’re excited to have you as a part of our event! Please take note of the following guidelines to help things run smoothly:

• Setup Time: Setup begins at 7:45 AM, and we kindly ask that all vendors complete their setup by 8:30 AM. The event officially starts at 9:00 AM, and we want to ensure everything is ready for a great experience! Vendors arriving after 9:00 AM may not be able to be accommodated.

• Vendor Requirements: Each vendor is responsible for providing the following:

  • A tent (no larger than 10’ x 10’), subject to approval by the Boca Farmers Market team

  • Four (4) twenty (20) pound weights for each 10’ x 10’ tent, totaling 80 pounds

  • Tables, tablecloths, chairs, and any additional equipment you may need

  • Clear, professional signage displaying your business name and pricing

• Generators: Small, quiet generators under 5KW are welcome but must be approved by the Boca Farmers Market team. To ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all, please make sure your generator is not too loud or smoky. If there are any concerns, we may need to ask you to turn it off.

• Assistance and Liability: Our staff and fellow vendors are happy to help you set up your tent or equipment, but please note that the Boca Farmers Market and other vendors cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during setup. It’s important that vendors are mindful and take responsibility for their own items during the process.

• Tent Weights and Safety: To ensure the safety of all, tents must be properly weighted at all times, no matter the weather. Vendors are responsible for any damage caused by their tent to people or property. If a tent does not meet the safety guidelines, event staff may kindly ask for it to be taken down.

  • Each tent should have at least 20 pounds of weight on each leg.

  • Please secure the top of each leg to the weights using bungee cords or string.

  • Tents should be clean and in good condition, with no broken or missing parts.

  Breakdown: Vendors are kindly asked not to break down their booths before 1:00 PM. If you must leave early, please inform the Boca Farmers Market team. At the end of the day, all items—including trash—should be removed and properly disposed of. All vendors should be off-site by 2:00 PM and leave the area as they found it.

  Vendor Booth Space:

  • Please cover your tables with a clean tablecloth.

  • Vendors’ products should be pre-approved by the Boca Farmers Market. If any unapproved items are found, we’ll kindly ask you to remove them. Please note, there is no exclusivity in the market, and it’s common to see multiple vendors offering similar items. This market focuses on real/natural foods, local produce, and homemade goods. We ask that all products be family-friendly.

  • Vendors should remain within their designated 10’ x 10’ space. Tables, chairs, boxes, equipment, and coolers should not extend outside this area.

  • Please keep your booth space clean at all times.

  • A price list should be visible for all items being sold.

  • Subletting or sharing booth space is not allowed.

  • To maintain the overall appearance of the market, the Boca Farmers Market reserves the right to manage the look of the space. Vendors may be asked to leave if their booth detracts from the market’s image (e.g., dirty canopies, rusted tables, missing tablecloths, or torn signage).

Cancellation Policy: We’re committed to making your experience with us as smooth as possible, but we understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise. Please read through our cancellation policy below:

• Rain or Shine: Boca Farmers Market is a rain or shine event. If the weather is unfavorable, our staff will assess the situation and, if necessary, notify vendors about any changes or cancellations.

• Refunds and Credits: We regret that we are unable to offer refunds or credits for future Markets, even if the event is canceled by the Boca Farmers Market Staff.

• Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of a national emergency, such as a pandemic, the Market may be canceled for reasons outside of our control. Management reserves the right to cancel the Market should any unforeseen circumstances arise.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we work to provide the best possible experience for everyone involved.

Indemnification & Hold Harmless Agreement

By submitting this application, the vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Market Crew, LLC, Boca Farmers Market, Cove Farmers Market, Real Food Boca, LLC, their owners, officers, employees, volunteers, partners, property owners, property managers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, injuries, fines, penalties, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:

1. The vendor’s participation in the farmers market, including setup, operation, sales, sampling, demonstrations, or breakdown.

2. Any acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct by the vendor, their employees, representatives, or volunteers.

3. Any products sold, distributed, or displayed by the vendor, including alleged illness, injury, property damage, or consumer complaints.

4. Any equipment, tents, structures, vehicles, or displays used by the vendor at the market.

5. Failure to comply with applicable laws, regulations, permits, insurance requirements, or market rules.

The vendor agrees that market management and property ownership are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury to the vendor’s property or personnel. Vendors participate at their own risk.

Vendors further agree to maintain all required licenses, permits, and insurance coverage and provide certificates of insurance upon request. Market management reserves the right to remove any vendor who poses a safety risk or violates market rules.

By submitting this application, the vendor acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to this indemnification clause.

I agree to submit my 4-week payment electronically at the beginning of my vendor term to secure my spot at the Boca Farmers Market. I understand that payments will be automatically deducted every 4 weeks, and I can cancel at any time. I acknowledge that payments must be made electronically—cash or checks will not be accepted.
